A cool and (Tarifa) stylish well furnished second floor apartment (which can accomodate up to six people) facing west with a large out side terrace and partial sea views for holiday rental in Tarifa.
The spacious salon comprises a dining area with comfortable seating for upto 6 people and a TV area opening out on to a covered terrace with further seating for 6 people for those romantic candle lit dinners in the evening - after a hard day on the beach.
The large master bedroom has a double bed (1.90 cm x 1.50 cm) and also opens out on to an open terrace with sun loungers - ideal for sunbathing out of the wind.
There is plenty of wardrobe space and a master bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (each 2m x 90 cm) and shares a bathroom (bath and shower) with the 3rd bedroom which also has 2 single beds (each 1.90 cm x 90 cm).
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hot plate, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

This chic apartment is just across the road from Mercadona and only 5 minutes walk down to Las Lances beach - ideal for kiters when Poniente wind blows in the Autumn and Spring.
Downstairs in the underground garage are 2 parking spaces.
The swimming pool is open during the SUMMER MONTHS ONLY. Normally 15th June - 15th September.
KIte and MTB shops are close by for either lessons or hiring equipment and the nearest coffee shop is just 100m away.
There´s a pizzzeria downstairs for quick meals but it´s worth a 5 mins walk down to the beachside complex of bar/restaurants comprising Surla, Solsticio, Stoked and Cafe del Mar. Great breakfasts amongst the local surf crowd, healthy lunches and varied dinner options from Japanese and Indonesian to traditional burgers and steaks.
There are hundreds of bars and restaurants in the Old Town - a 15 mins walk down the main high street lined with trendy boutiques.
